People seek counselling and therapy for a wide range of issues including depression and anxiety, sexual dysfunctions, unresolved issues from the past, feeling unable to move on in life, bereavement, work issues, traumatic experiences, low self esteem and relationship difficulties.

I am trained to listen and work with you in understanding yourself better. I work from an integrative framework, which in practice means that I adapt my approach to each person’s individual needs.
I won’t tell you what to do, nor will I give you advice. Instead, I will help you find your own pathways to change.
