​​My own experience with trauma once left me feeling disconnected and unfulfilled from myself, relationships and life. Curious to understand how trauma shapes our inner world and connections with others, I embarked on a personal journey of self-discovery that ultimately led me to study Social Work and retrain as a counsellor.

Since then, I have specialised in behaviour change counselling, supporting both individuals who have experienced harm and individuals seeking to change harmful behaviours, through 1:1 sessions and group work.
I’m deeply passionate about helping people rediscover their true selves, rebuild what’s been lost, and create lives that align with their values.

Working towards healing

I offer compassionate 1:1 counselling for individuals who had experienced abuse as a child or in an intimate relationship. Abuse as well as domestic and family violence can affect anyone, regardless of culture, gender, or financial background. Together, we’ll navigate the complex emotions, life challenges, and uncertainty that often follow abuse. In a safe and supportive space, I’ll help you explore your experiences, identify behavioural patterns, and gently uncover deeper wounds which could also be those rooted in early life. This is a space where your story is heard, your pain is honoured, and healing happens at your own pace

Supervision and Coaching
I offer supervision to Social Workers and Counsellors by using strength based and solution focused approaches. Please reach out to talk about your needs and to see if we'll be a good fit.

My counselling approach is grounded in creating a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, experiences, and beliefs. Healing can be confronting, but I believe in the power of vulnerability, self-awareness, and the willingness to grow. I offer trauma informed, person centered counselling and will walk beside you with compassion and patience as you navigate your inner world.

The initial complimentary 15-minute consultation could be via video call, phone or a WhatsApp chat.
If you decide to continue, you can book a rapid 30-minute, 1 hour or 85-minute online counselling session.
