Yes. Everything discussed in sessions is confidential unless there is a serious risk to your safety or someone else’s. I’ll always explain any limitations to confidentiality in our first session.
You can book a session through the contact form on my website or by emailing me directly at admin@aboutyoucounselling.com.
I offer a 15-minute free, no obligation, session for you to determine if we're a good fit.
I offer competitive, sliding-scale fees depending on individual circumstances. Please get in touch to discuss options.

If you are currently experiencing violence or abuse, it’s best for you to contact a Domestic and Family violence service who can assess your situation. A good starting point is calling 1800Respect or you can make contact, and I'll send you a list of services in your local area.
